Electronic Reporting

Safety Check operates a secure windows based reporting system. Once an inspection is completed our engineer will enter the details directly onto the system. The details will then update the data base and the appropriate report of inspection is ready for Emailing or printing.

The reports are issued within the following timescales:

• Hardcopy reports should be with the report recipients within 3 days.
• Emailed reports should be with the report recipients on the same day.

When a thorough examination or inspection is completed the report(s) will detail all:

• Defects Identified
• Observations for continued safe use
• Recommendations for continued safe use

The method of electronic reporting, allows immediate retrieval of all client & reporting information including

• Client details
• Location
• Plant, Machinery & Equipment Inspected
• Dates & Contents of individual inspection reports.
• Archiving of Reports
• Multi Report Despatch Options
• Client Plant Status Report
• Audit trail

The main data base leads itself to an easy audit trail in respect of all reports and Management Information is available to the client and broker.
